Get ready

  1. Make 8-12 pairs of matching cards.
  2. Shuffle them and lay them face down in rows on a table or the floor.

How to play

  1. The first player flips over any two cards so everyone can see.
  2. If they match, the player keeps them and takes another turn.
  3. If they don't match, flip them back face down in the same spots.
  4. The next player takes a turn. Everyone tries to remember where cards are.
  5. When all pairs are found, the player with the most pairs wins.

Tips & variations

  • Use fewer pairs for preschoolers and more for older kids.
  • For a big group, tape large cards to a wall and play in two teams.

๐Ÿ“– Bible connection

The animals came to Noah and went into the ark two by two (Genesis 7:9). Try drawing animal pairs on your cards!
